Distribution and Publishing Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your game for publication on the iPlayArena platform ("Developer"), you fully agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not submit your content.

Submission of a game constitutes acceptance of these Distribution Terms.

2. Developer Representations and Warranties

By submitting a game, you represent and warrant that:

You own all rights to the submitted game or have all necessary licenses, permissions, and authorizations to publish and distribute it.
The game does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
The game does not contain viruses, malware, spyware, or any other malicious code.
The game does not contain illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
All information provided during the submission process is accurate and complete.

3. License Grant to iPlayArena

By submitting a game, you grant iPlayArena a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

Host, store, and serve the game to end users through the iPlayArena platform.
Display the game's name, description, screenshots, and metadata for promotional purposes.
Allow users to play the game directly in their web browsers.

You retain full ownership of your game. This license is for distribution purposes only and does not transfer ownership.

4. Content Moderation and Removal

iPlayArena reserves the right to:

Review all submitted games before publication.
Reject any submission that does not meet quality, safety, or content standards.
Remove any game from the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to policy violations, legal requests, or technical issues.
Request changes to a game before approving it for publication.

5. Security Scanning

All submitted game files will be scanned for viruses, malware, and security threats using ClamAV and other security tools. Games that fail security scans will be rejected. Submission of malicious code may result in permanent ban from the platform.

6. Revenue and Monetization

Currently, iPlayArena does not offer direct revenue sharing with developers. iPlayArena may display advertisements alongside games. Developers are not permitted to include their own advertising networks in games submitted to the platform without prior written authorization.

7. Developer Recognition

iPlayArena will display developer credits, links to developer websites, and donation links as provided during submission. Developers may request updates to their profile information at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

iPlayArena is not liable for any damages arising from the distribution, hosting, or performance of submitted games. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, iPlayArena will remove the developer's games from the platform within a reasonable timeframe. Developers may request game removal at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Distribution Terms at any time. Developers will be notified of significant changes. Continued presence of games on the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
