By accessing and using the iPlayArena platform ("Platform", "we"), you ("User") fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

Continued use of iPlayArena constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future updates.

2. Service Description

iPlayArena is a free web gaming platform that allows users to:

Play HTML5/WebGL games directly in the browser, without download or installation.
Access the game developer community.
Participate in the developer and player community.

Access to the platform is free. iPlayArena is funded through advertising (Google AdSense) and, in the future, optional subscriptions (Arena+).

3. Acceptable Use

By using iPlayArena, you agree to:

Use the platform only for lawful entertainment purposes.
Not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify any game or component hosted on the platform.
Not inject malicious scripts, third-party code, or attempt any hacking, SQL injection, XSS, or similar attacks.
Not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform without authorization.
Not attempt to bypass security measures, authentication, or access controls.
Respect other users, developers, and community members.

4. Third-Party Content

iPlayArena hosts and distributes games developed by third parties (independent developers). Regarding these games:

iPlayArena is NOT responsible for the content, functionality, or quality of third-party games.
We moderate and verify content to the best of our ability, but do not guarantee every game is free of bugs, inappropriate content, or technical issues.
Responsibility for game content lies entirely with the submitting developer.
If you find inappropriate content, copyright violations, or malicious behavior in any game, please report it immediately through our contact channels.

Games that are embeds/iframes from external sources are subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of their respective developers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on iPlayArena, including but not limited to logos, design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of iPlayArena or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Games submitted by developers remain the intellectual property of their respective developers.

6. Privacy

Your use of iPlayArena is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

7. Limitation of Liability

iPlayArena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and, for significant changes, communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
